Gatt-Koller GmbH is a family-run Tyrolean company based in Absam and one of the leading suppliers of pharmaceutical active ingredients and excipients on the Austrian market.
Our portfolio comprises 1,400 variants from over 600 raw materials — ranging from pharmaceutical active ingredients and excipients through laboratory chemicals to ready-to-use reagents, complemented by contract manufacturing and filling — predominantly of pharmaceutical, in part also chemical-technical products. As a regionally rooted partner we combine short distances with international sourcing capability.
Management
Quality
Quality is systematic at Gatt-Koller — graduated by product category. Category GMP goods are manufactured and tested according to Good Manufacturing Practice requirements; every batch is fully tested and documented. Pharmaceutical excipients are likewise tested batch by batch within a suitable quality management system — with the full or a reduced test scope depending on the product. For technical products we define the type and scope of testing and documentation as needed. You can find our certificates in the download area.
We safeguard quality through clearly defined processes and continuous improvement. Batch control and modern warehousing and picking technology ensure end-to-end traceability.
